Radford Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an alleged rape that occurred earlier today.

The suspect is described as a white male, wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, black jacket, and ski mask. The suspect was allegedly armed with a pocket knife at the time of the assault.

Police believe the suspect entered an unoccupied apartment in the 500 block of Clement Street and allegedly raped the victim after she returned home around 4 p.m.
