Band name? Electric Chameleonelectricchameleon.jpg

Where is the band based? Roanoke

Where do you typically tour? Anywhere the road will take us, but so far throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

What’s your most recent CD? It’s called Dreamin’ On; we released it last October.

Are you signed to a label? Yes, Coals Records.

Who are your musical influences? Wow there are so many; Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Bob Marley, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers just to name a few.

Who are some musical acts that sound like you? If Incubus, Michael Jackson, and Bob Marley had a ménage à trois, Electric Chameleon would be the offspring.

Why should I come see you? We incorporate so many genres, as the listener, you are always on the edge of your seat with anticipation of what will come next. Electric Chameleon delivers passion, energy, and originality … need I say more?!

When will you be playing? We are at the Village stage Friday night from 9:15 – 10 p.m. and again at the Village Stage Saturday from 4:15 – 5 p.m. You can get our complete show schedule at www.myspace.com/electricchameleon.

What are you most looking forward to about playing at FloydFest? The atmosphere. Playing outside in the festival environment is always great because you have a crowd that is there because they want to hear live music!
