Carole Pratt will formally declare her candidacy for the 6th District seat of the Virginia House of Delegates on Monday, May 18 at 1 p.m. at Martin’s Pharmacy at 400 N. Washington Avenue in downtown Pulaski.

Pratt will be joined by Congressman Rick Boucher and other community leaders at her announcement. The event is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
