A fondue dinner at home is a great way to spend time with someone you want to know better—or just to spend some quality time with that someone you’ve been with for years but can’t find nearly enough time to actually be together. Fondue is relatively easy, but it’s not quick, which makes it great for a date. You can share stories and food all night!
BHG.com offers fondue recipes from appetizers (Beer and Cheddar Fondue) to entrees (Supreme Pizza Fondue) to desserts (Mocha Fondue), so you can have a full meal at home, or you could have a nice dinner out and then return home for an intimate dessert.
Heather Morgan Shott, the BHG.com Senior Food Editor, lives in New York. She’s fond of fondue.
