Voiceover: A.T. License Plates

June 30th, 2008 · 1 Comment

For enthusiasts and supporters of the Appalachian Trail, July 25 is the deadline to secure the initial 350 pre-paid applications necessary to finalize the project.

The new plates will establish a revenue sharing license plate that will provide funds to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy for long-term capacity to help A.T. volunteers manage, maintain, and conserve the Trail. It is obviously also a great way to show your support for the A.T.

Thanks for this helping to spread the word about our effort to make Appalachian Trail license plates available to Virginia drivers.

The actual deadline is July 31st – that is the day that we must turn over at least 350 pre-paid applications to Virginia DMV. That means that we need to receive them no later than July 25th.

    Thanks again, and Happy Trails!
